What happens in the kick-off meeting?

Together, we clarify goals, roles and milestones and define a concrete communication plan to ensure that the entire company is optimally involved.

How individual are your training sessions?

We customize training and content precisely to the needs and knowledge of your team - admins, power users or end users receive exactly the knowledge they need.

Which tools do you specifically cover?

Exchange, Teams, Entra ID (including AD synchronization), SharePoint and Intune. We also offer other optional extensions such as Teams telephony.

How long does a typical Kickstart project take?

The duration depends heavily on your requirements and the complexity of your IT landscape. As a rule, however, you can expect an M365 kick-off to take between a few weeks and a few months. A more precise schedule will be drawn up at the kick-off meeting.

What happens after the Kickstart is completed?

Once the kickstart is complete, you will have a fully functional Microsoft 365 setup. Of course, we won't leave you on your own: if required, we will continue to provide you with support, managed services and additional training and enhancements.
